The City of Encinitas Climate Action Plan serves as a guiding document and outlines a course of action for identifying and implementing strategies to achieve citywide reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for both municipal and community activities.  The City is pursuing GHG emission reduction goals through the implementation of various policies, programs, and projects, many of which are already underway.
